Terms and Conditions for Steri Stumpie on pack promotion (1 October 2009 to 31 January 2010)

1. The competition is open to South African residents, excluding employees, their relatives, agents and advertising agencies of Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD.

2. The competition commences 01 October 2009 and closes 31 January 2010.

3. Entry into the competition is only valid, upon receiving your name, favourite flavour and the unique code as found on the inside of the label on the bottle.

4. This competition only applies to the Steri Stumpie flavoured milk range of products.

5. The SMS entries received by Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD will be entered into a draw. The decision of Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD with regards to all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

6. All entries must be received by Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD on or before 31 January 2010.

7. Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD will assume no liability for any direct or indirect damages occurring as a result of participation in the competition or as a result of the use of the prize.

8. Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, garbled, damaged, illegible or incompletely received for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections.

9. Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD shall be entitled in its entire discretion to reject any entry for any reason whatsoever and will not be obliged to enter into correspondence with any individual regarding this competition.

10. The prizes as stated, are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.

11. The winner will be notified via sms.

12. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use the winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising, publicity and television broadcast without further compensation.

13. Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD has the right to enter names of all contestants into a corporate database which will entitle Parmalat SA (Pty) LTD to communicate any of its information / promotions to such contestants unless the contestants opt out to receive information on the website.

14. The prizes will be sent to the winners within a 6 month period from when the winners have been announced.

15. All SMS entries are premium rated at R1.50 and free minutes do not apply.

Please note: Should you be a winner, the prize will be delivered via courier. The courier will only be able to visit your given address once, when entering please ensure the address given is somewhere where someone will be able to sign for the prize. The courier company will call prior to delivery.
